"From Darkness to Light: Surviving Mental and Physical Abuse"

Abuse—whether physical, mental, or emotional—can leave deep scars that are difficult to heal. Survivors often carry the weight of trauma, self-doubt, and fear long after the abuse has ended. At The Suggs Foundation, we believe that every survivor deserves a chance to heal, rebuild, and rediscover their worth.

Through self-care workshops, self-defense training, and access to counseling, The Suggs Foundation helps survivors take the first steps toward recovery. Every step forward is a victory, and no one should have to face the journey alone.
